Your job as a sales agent will be to secure these B2B clients for our company against which, you will be paid direct commission. The average individual order value is around $50,000 and we pay a commission of 5% of the first orders’s value up to orders of $400,000 after which, the commission is decided on mutual consent. A moderate sales agent can secure around 5 such orders. Doing the math at the average valued orders gives us a handsome value of $12,500 in monthly commission!! However, if you have the right skills and the ability to secure deals with passion, then sky is the limit.
